Please Note: These delivery windows are estimates provided by our transit partners and are not guarantees. While the vast majority of shipments arrive well within these timeframes, occasional delays due to global logistics congestion or holiday backlogs may occur.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's platform.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed Delivery: If your package has been in transit for more than 35 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at sales@brendhome.com. We will immediately launch a formal investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot redirect shipments or offer refunds for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Unclaimed/Refused Packages: If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because it was unclaimed, refused, or unable to be delivered due to recipient absence, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs or a restocking fee.
